On May 21, 2019, the last academic seminar within “8 lectures for the New Millennium” will be held at the University of Warsaw (UW). The first lecture”1989-2019 – a great transformation. Analysis attempt” will be delivered by Prof. Roman Kuźniar.

Professor Kuźniar will analyze the changes that have occurred as a result of the transformation in the national political system in the international relations.

Professor Roman Kuźniar is a political scientist specializing in international relations. He gained education at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences of the University of Warsaw. Currently, he is the head of the Department of Strategic Studies at the Institute of International Relations of the University of Warsaw. In addition to research activities, he also performed important diplomatic functions. He was the director of the Polish Institute of International Affairs and advisor to the President of the Republic of Poland for international affairs.
