The University of Wrocław has signed an agreement on cooperation with the Polish Leibnizian Society – Societas Leibnitiana Polonorum.
The aim of the agreement is close scientific and organizational cooperation related to the study and dissemination of the legacy of Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, including philosophy, theory of mind, law, mathematics, logic, theology, engineering, information technology, archeology, political science, botany and zoology.
The agreement is intended to stimulate domestic and international research on Leibniz’s legacy and propagate its scientific achievements. Dean of the faculty of social sciences, Prof. Robert Wiszniowski became the representative of the University in the current relations with the Society.
The Polish Leibnizian Society brings together researchers from the universities of Wroclaw; Warsaw; Gdańsk and Łódź as well as from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Ignatianum Academy in Krakow.
