The Institute of German Philology of the University of Wroclaw invites participants from 23 to 25 May for the second international scientific conference Deutsche Phraseologie und Parömiologie im Kontakt und Kontrast / German phraseology and paremiologia in contact and contrast.

The conference will be attended by 87 participants, including 34 scientists from 17 European countries (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Spain, Hungary, Austria, Ukraine, Greece, Kosovo, Switzerland, Russia, France, Norway, Poland) and the United States. They are recognized scientists from recognized German language centers in the world.

The meeting is organized by the Department of Applied Linguistics. Its co-organizer is the Institute of Slavic Studies at the University of Leipzig. The conference is also supported by the Phraseological Section of the Linguistics Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
