The Department of Security Studies and the Department of International Communication of the Institute of International Studies of the University of Wrocław are inviting participants to participate in the panel “Polish Army: image in popular culture and media” on January 16.

The purpose of the project is to analyze the media and pop-culture image of the Armed Forces and how to build the image and promote the army from the perspective of scientists and journalists, photojournalists and other specialists.

The panel will include a detailed discussion of the photographic project 100 years of aviation carried out in 2017-2018, which brought a series of aerial photo sessions presenting photographic material for the broad promotion of Poland, the Polish Army and Polish aviation. The project brought photo albums, several dozen publications in specialist and popular press.
