The Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zielona Góra is implementing the international project “NewM – New Modes of Mobility”. The activities are financed from the funds of the European Union and the German Academic Exchange Center.

The main goal of the project is to enable project partners and external higher education institutions to implement new mobility modes. The specific objectives are to connect Europe by raising awareness and understanding in cooperation between universities, increasing the transversal competences of their graduates, and thus increasing Europe-wide employment opportunities and reducing inequalities in international education.

In addition to the University of Zielona Góra – the project involves: University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (Germany), Debrecen University (Hungary), Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (Romania), Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (Finland).
