Jakub Łabiak, a first-year student of automation and robotics at the University of Zielona Góra, has become the Polish champion in PLC programming. The competition was held in Wrocław, and Jakub Łabiak competed in a competition involving solving programming tasks on a LOGO controller.
“I would not have been able to achieve this success if I had not liked the subject of industrial machinery and PLC programming. I find working with this interesting, which allows me to eagerly deepen my knowledge in this area. The most important thing is to do what you like and what interests you”, says the Polish champion.
The Polish PLC programming championships aim to popularise PLC programming among future industrial automation programmers, integrate the academic community with industry representatives and enable an exchange of experience, as well as to identify talented young PLC programmers.
