The Conference of Rectors of Polish Academic Schools (KRASP) declares that Polish universities are ready to postpone decisions on applying procedures until they receive the results of this year’s final exams from the examination systems.
KRASP ensures that it has analyzed the adaptation of the academic environment to the epidemic conditions and noted that despite difficulties, most of the classes take place in a remote mode. Soon, also online – exam session and thesis defense will begin. The universities are preparing are also underway for the applying process of students.
Admission to universities is based on the results of the Final exam. The Final exam, which has been meant as a college entrance exam for 20 years, is an equal and fair measure for all candidates for studies, ensuring both comparability of results in Poland and sufficient resolution necessary in applying for most popular fields of study. Therefore, this form of applying process should be provided also this year – emphasizes KRASP.
