In October 2019, the Medical Simulation Center (CSM) of the Lazarski University in Warsaw will be open to students of the medical faculty. The Polish Accreditation Committee awarded a distinguishing diploma to the medical department in the category of caring for students and support in the process of learning and achieving educational outcomes.
The Lazarski University began to train future doctors in 2017. Students, who undertook medical science then, now are the students of the third year. That is the reason why since October Lazarski University will be launching the CSM.
The CSM will consist of high-fidelity simulation laboratories, including rooms simulating the conditions of the hospital emergency department, operating theater, intensive care unit, and ambulance simulator. There will also be laboratories: advanced resuscitation procedures, basic resuscitation procedures, technical, surgical and clinical skills.
