The Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) in Warsaw has become the content partner of the National Health Fund’s educational film series “Conscious shopping. Smart choices”.
A series of three films was prepared by the Department of Human Nutrition of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and a group of experts.
The films show how to comprehensively and reliably make healthy and wise choices while purchasing food products.
The protagonists of the films are: salt, fat and food additives.
The authors of the series are attempting to present eating habits and point out that “standing in front of a store shelf, we decide what we choose to compose meals for us and our family”.
In a series of films by the National Health Fund, viewers can also find an answer to the question how to buy consciously and what is better not to buy because it does not serve our health?
