Dr Marta Mendel, Vice-Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) for international cooperation, and Prof Valentyna Aranchiy, Rector of the Poltava State Agrarian University in Ukraine, signed a memorandum of cooperation on behalf of their respective universities.

Under the memorandum, the universities will begin scientific cooperation through, among other things, joint research and educational projects, the publication of joint scientific articles, and the implementation of academic exchanges of scientists and students. 

The memorandum signing ceremony was also attended by Katarzyna Specjalska, head of the International Cooperation Office at SGGW, and Maria Slavkowa, a first-year MA student at SGGW in logistics.
