Lean Management and Lean Green are new postgraduate study options at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), designed for those wishing to improve their skills in managing production processes based on principles that minimise the mismanagement of labour, energy and raw materials.
The programme of the Lean Management and Lean Green postgraduate programme has been developed in such a way that graduates equipped with practical knowledge will confidently start implementing the principles learned in their workplaces.
The study programme dedicates 24 hours to case studies from agribusiness and cooperative banking, health care, education and small and medium-sized enterprises. Lean Management in Environmental and Waste Management – Lean Green is a 16 hr course focused on sustainability principles.
Lectures will be given by practitioners involved in the implementation of Lean Management and Lean Green in organisations, specialists from SGGW and invited lecturers from other universities.
The classes will start in November 2023.
