The Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and the National Institute of Public Health PZH – National Research Institute are implementing a project aimed at shaping pro-health habits among the youngest. 

On 13 September 2022, the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) will host a scientific conference dedicated to the project ‘Nutrition education in primary schools – experiences and challenges’. The conference will introduce the assumptions of the programme, which will support the activities implemented as part of the National Pandemic Pupil Support Programme. It will involve 2,170 schools from all over Poland and involves training teachers from registered schools and further training among teaching staff.

The main objective of the project is to develop and implement a nutritional education programme for pupils in grades I-VI in primary schools across Poland.
