Department of Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Horticulture, Biotechnology and Landscape Architecture, Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and US Embassy in Poland invite participants to an open lecture by Eben Schwartz on environmental pollution by plastics on 8 April 2019.

Eben Schwartz heads the Marine Debris Program at the California Coastal Commission.

This commission deals with the protection and regulation of the California coast. Schwartz is an expert there, advising governments at local and state level, NGOs and industry, what activities to run and what programs to implement to address the causes of sea and ocean pollution.
