Warsaw University of Technology and the Framatome company have signed a cooperation agreement that assumes cooperation in the field of science and staff education for nuclear energy and other nuclear industries.

The signatories of the contract are the rector of the Warsaw University of Technology Prof. Eng. Jan Szmidt, and the president of Framatome Bernard Fontana.

The agreement provides for joint education of personnel for nuclear energy and implementation of scientific projects. Also, Framatome committed to the annual preparation of several diploma internships for students of the Nuclear Power Engineering Faculty of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. Framtome and the university are organizing specialized scientific lectures related to nuclear technology, also available to a wider group of students, including students from other universities, research institutions and public administration.
