Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology Jadwiga Emilewicz took part in the opening ceremony of the Central Laboratory of Technical Inspection at Warsaw University of Technology.

The laboratory was created for the purposes of destructive and non-destructive testing of construction materials used in advanced industrial and utility constructions.

As emphasized the rector of the Warsaw University of Technology Prof. Jan Szmidt, this initiative strengthens the position of the university through close cooperation with the Office of Technical Inspection – the key institution for the Polish economy in the area of technical security. The cooperation expands the possibilities of the development of research and didactics carried out at the Institute of Manufacturing Techniques of the Faculty of Production Engineering – added the rector.
