On October 28-29, 2019, Warsaw University of Technology (PW) is hosting the scientific conference “Transformation of academic higher education in Poland in the period of 30 years: 1989-2019”, organized by the Conference of Rectors of Polish Academic Schools, in cooperation with PW and with support of the Polish Rectors Foundation.

The aim of the conference is to review and assess the achievements of the transformation process in higher education in Poland during the transformation of 1989-2019 on the basis of political and administrative sciences (public policy sciences) and management and quality sciences (management sciences) from a systemic and institutional perspective.

The conference participants will provide the analysis of the activities of governments and universities for reforms in higher education during the system transformation in order to use its results in the work on the government’s document on the state’s scientific policy.
