After 7 years since the prestigious distinction “HR Excellence in Research” was awarded to the West Pomeranian University of Technology, the Szczecin university has successfully passed the monitoring visit of the European Commission’s experts, who verified the commitment and level of implementation of the activities of The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers – HRS4R on site.
The process of implementing the HRS4R strategy involves a long-term commitment and involvement of the institution, at every level, and a cyclical evaluation of the progress and quality of the actions taken by the European Commission.
The distinction ‘HR Excellence in Research’ is awarded to institutions that provide the best working conditions for researchers and conduct their recruitment processes transparently and in line with the European Commission’s guidelines. The European Charter for Researchers is a set of general principles and requirements that define the roles, responsibilities and rights of researchers, as well as their employers and funders.
