The West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin has signed an agreement with Simple SA, which will implement an integrated IT system for managing the university processes of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) over the next fifteen months. The value of the contract is more than 10 million PLN.
The implementation of the system will be carried out under the project “ZUT 2.0 – Modern Integrated University”. The new system will cover all the university’s administrative and management processes, including: financial management, human resources, infrastructure, projects and information about processes. The introduction of ERP will ensure the optimization of processes, integration of the university at every level and increase the efficiency of management in all its areas.
Additionally, under the concluded contract, Simple SA will implement a regular system for managing the electronic circulation of documents, which will result in the improvement of the information process, as well as reporting and controlling at the university.
