The laureates of the 14th National Student-Inventor Competition organised since 2010 by Kielce University of Technology have been announced. The main prize in the competition is the presentation and promotion of the Laureates’ solutions during the Geneva Inventions 2024 International Exhibition of Inventions. 

This year’s competition attracted 123 solutions developed by 247 creators from 21 universities from all over Poland. The most active in creating new solutions were students of the Wrocław University of Life Sciences (24 solutions), the Stanisław Staszic Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Kraków (22 solutions) and the Wrocław University of Science and Technology (21 solutions). 

The submitted solutions cover the technology areas of machinery and equipment, materials engineering, chemical engineering, medical and pharmaceutical engineering, and agricultural engineering, as well as electronics.

Five equivalent Grand Prizes were presented to the teams of Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Krakow University of Technology, Swietokrzyski University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and Warsaw University of Technology.
