The 20th Professor Michał Kulesza Competition announced by Wolters Kluwer Polska and the Editorial Board of “Territorial Self-Government” for the best doctoral dissertation and master’s thesis on territorial self-government and decentralisation issues has been settled.
The dissertation prize was awarded to Konrad Wnorowski from the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok for his dissertation ‘International agreements of Polish local self-government in the light of international law’.
A distinction in the same category was given to Joanna Kaźmierczak from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź for her dissertation ‘Liability for planning damage’.
In the master’s thesis category, the award was presented to Bartosz Tomasz Namieciński of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin for his thesis ‘Depositing free funds in the form of a deposit by local government units of the public finance sector with local government units’.
