The Academy of Land Forces in Wroclaw is implementing the international project of Strategic Partnership International Military Leadership Academy (IMLA). As part of the partnership, they have organized an Intensive Course to develop the leadership skills of students of the military academies of the European Union.

During over 100 hours of training, carried out under the supervision of teachers and instructors from AWL, students of European and the USA partner universities (48 cadets from Greece, Portugal and Poland) took part in Stress Management, Motivation and Influence classes, Leadership in Communication and Crisis Management.

Intensive Course IMLA is the most important training part of the project, whose main goal is to develop modern mobility strategies for students of military universities in the European Union. Such solutions are intended to give future officers greater opportunities in acquiring new skills and competences.
