Students from the scientific circle of KoNaR robotics operating at the Wrocław University of Technology won two gold and one silver medal at the international Robot-SM competition in Sweden. The trip to the competition was funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education from the grant The best of the best 3.0.
During the competition in Göteborg, representatives of the KoNaR Robot Science Club won three medals with their robots. Once again, the technicians from the University of Technology showed the highest category in Sumo competition, winning gold medals in both mini and micro categories. They also added silver medal in the Linefollower competition, which consisted of driving on time on a well-defined route.
Robot-SM competitions have been held since 2006 at the Chalmers Technological University in Gothenburg. The rivalry takes place in four categories: Sumo, Line Following, Folkrace and Freestyle.
