The Wrocław University of Economics has officially started cooperation with the GOPR Foundation. An agreement to this effect has been signed by the Rector of Wrocław University of Economics Prof. Andrzej Kaleta, the President of the Management Board of the GOPR Foundation Roman Dziedzic and the Secretary of the GOPR Foundation Marian Sajnog.
The representatives of the Wrocław University of Economics and the GOPR Foundation declare the implementation of projects concerning joint educational programmes, student volunteering, popularisation of preventive safety activities and support for the GOPR publication activities.
The GOPR Foundation is a non-profit organisation whose aim is to support the mountain rescue system in Poland. Since 1952, GOPR mountain rescuers have been bringing help to people who need it in the mountains. The mission of the GOPR Foundation is to support the activities of the Mountain Volunteer Rescue Service.
