Wroclaw University of Science and Technology has been ranked in the 1500+ places range of the international Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2022, with a total of 1,799 universities from 104 countries.
The ranking is published by THE World Universities Insights, a company specialising in marketing services to higher education institutions in various countries. Data is collected from surveys of researchers and data provided by universities through a dedicated portal. For the bibliometric indicators section, information is taken from the Scopus database.
HEIs were evaluated in five basic categories – teaching, research, citations, internationalisation and university revenue (knowledge transfer). The classification included 32 universities from Poland. The University of Medical Sciences in Wrocław was ranked highest (range of places 351-400).
