Wrocław University of Science and Technology has been classified in seven scientific fields of the latest QS World University Rankings by Subject. The authors of the list analyzed over 14 thousand study programs at 1,452 universities. They evaluated opinions about universities in the academic world and among employers, citation and research impact.

The ranking included 51 disciplines in total, grouped into five broad subject areas: “Arts & Humanities”, “Engineering & Technology”, “Life Sciences & Medicine”, “Natural Sciences”, “Social Sciences & Management”.

Wrocław University of Science and Technology was rated in QS World University Rankings by Subject 2021: Material Sciences (in the interval 301-350), Engineering-Mechanical (in the interval 301-350), Engineering-Electrical and Electronic (in the interval 351-400), Mathematics (in the interval 351-400), Chemistry (in the range 401-450), Physics & Astronomy (in the range 501-550 and Computer Sciences and Information Systems (in the range 501-550).
