Improving hydrogen combustion in internal combustion engines – this is the main objective of the agreement concluded between Wrocław University of Science and Technology and Hynfra, a company active in the renewable hydrogen market. The letter of intent in this matter was signed by Prof Andrzej Kaźmierczak, deputy director of the university’s Centre for Hydrogen Technologies and Renewable Energy Sources, and Hynfra’s president and hydrogen market expert Tomoho Umeda.

“We currently have more than two billion internal combustion engines in the world, which will not disappear overnight. Therefore, we want to lay the groundwork for more efficient hydrogen combustion, that is, combustion with higher energy efficiency. This is our ultimate goal”, says Professor Kazmierczak.

Hynfra is a market leader in hydrogen technology, an integrator of technologies to achieve business independence and energy efficiency. It mediates the procurement and design of optimal installations for the production and use of hydrogen.
