Construction and chemical and process engineering at Wrocław University of Technology are again the best in Poland, according to a ranking by the Perspektywy Foundation. A further 18 faculties were ranked at the top of the list.
In the ranking encompassing all academic schools in Poland, the Wrocław university took eighth place this year. A total of 23 faculties from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology were classified in the ranking of the best faculties. For the ninth time in a row, the first place was taken by the construction industry (civil engineering faculty), while chemical and process engineering (chemical faculty) is the leader in Poland for the third consecutive year.
The second places in the list of faculties were taken by mining and geology and environmental engineering, and the third places were taken by architecture, biotechnology, technical physics, mechanics and machine construction, computer science, mechatronics material engineering and chemical technology.
