Almost 2.5 thousand students from 44 schools and educational institutions took part in the project of the self-government of the province Lower Silesia “Professional Lower Silesia”. The University of Technology was one of the main partners of the program.
The project was supposed to improve the competitiveness of vocational students in the following professions: freight forwarder technician, logistic technician, digital graphic process technician, electrician technician, IT technician, mechanic technician and machine tool operator.
Nearly 2.5 thousand students from 44 schools from the Lower Silesia province participated in the project. One of the main points of the program was laboratory workshops organized by the Wrocław University of Technology and joint classes of interest groups from vocational schools and student science clubs.
The program involved thirteen poviats and four municipalities from all over Lower Silesia. The value of the project, co-financed by the European Social Fund, is over PLN 4 million.
