The project of the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza ‘HEIsCITI – HEIs as Innovative Triggers of Sustainable Development in European Cities in Post Covid-19 era’ has been selected for funding under the Erasmus + Cooperation partnerships in higher education programme.
WSB Academy researchers, together with experts from Europe and Asia, will work on developing curricula (methodologies and teaching tools) to teach students the best ways to animate and coordinate communication between citizens and local authorities to ensure inclusive and sustainable urban development.
Local government units from Lithuania, Germany and Poland, in cooperation with the universities, will pilot the use of materials developed on the basis of Asian good practices for the inclusive involvement of Lao refugees in the development of border cities. The project budget is €400,000.
