Vitalii Morskyi from Ukraine (Bachelor’s degree, Rzeszów University of Technology), Shamiram Shammy Benjamin from the USA (Master’s degree, Poznan Medical University), Fatma Edemen from Turkey (Doctoral degree, Jagiellonian University in Krakow) and special award winners: Tetiana Bezpalko from Ukraine (Medical University of Gdansk), Amaliya Iskhakova from Uzbekistan (AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow) and Anna Caroline Zurbel from Germany (Medical University of Bialystok) are the winners of the 13th INTERSTUDENT 2023 competition for the best foreign student in Poland.
The INTERSTUDENT competition, organised by the Perspektywy Educational Foundation as part of the ‘Study in Poland’ programme carried out jointly with the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland, focuses on the foreign student community in Poland. The Chapter selects the winners from among foreigners studying at Polish universities.
The presentation of awards in the INTERSTUDENT 2023 competition took place at a gala on 9 February at the Branicki Palace in Białystok, during the conference ‘Foreign Students in Poland 2023’.
