First winners of the Miniatura 2 competition

The National Science Center informed about the first laureates of the second competition Miniatura 2 for scientific activities aimed at implementing basic research.

The call for proposals in the Miniatura 2 competition is conducted on a continuous basis and its assessment period is reduced to four months. In the first round of the competition, 30 applications were financed. Subsequent ranking lists will be published by the end of April 2019.
The laureates include the priest Dr Adam Kubis from the Catholic University of Lublin for the application “Sin and disease. The nature of the relationship between disease and sin in the light of exegesis analysis J 5,14 and 9,2-3 “, Dr Łukasz Michalczyk from the Ignatianum Academy in Krakow, who submitted the application entitled “Preparation of eye movement sequence and visual spatial attention” and Dr. Małgorzata Andrea Domino from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) for the study “Evaluation of the mucosal fibrosis process in uterus of mares in the endometrosis at the gene level.”
