The call for applications for the 15th LIDER programme will last until 30 June 2024. The National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) will allocate PLN 80 million to support young scientists.
The aim of the competition is to expand the competencies of young scientists in independently planning research work and managing their own research team. The LIDER competition is aimed at researchers whose research and development results can be implemented in the economy and who are fulfilling the role of managers of teams of several people or can, through participation in the programme, develop their competencies in this area. The maximum amount of project funding is PLN 1.8 million.
Applications submitted in the competition may cover topics from all fields of science: natural sciences, engineering and technology, medical and health sciences, agricultural sciences, as well as social sciences and humanities. Projects should include applied research and development work.
