In this year’s call for proposals for the Poland My First Choice programme, the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) awarded 20 scholarships. Most successful applications were from candidates from Spain, South Korea and the United States.
The universities of choice for new scholarship recipients are: Jagiellonian University in Kraków (7), Warsaw University of Technology (3), Kozminski University (2), Warsaw University (2), as well as the Academy of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics, the WSB Merito University in Warsaw, the University of Gdansk, the University of Szczecin and the University of Wroclaw.
The Poland My First Choice NAWA programme aims to encourage young people from developed countries to study at Polish universities. The programme makes it possible to receive a scholarship from the Director of NAWA to study in Poland on a MA, full-time basis at academic universities supervised by the Minister of Education and Science.
