Over 400 participants and about 20 construction companies have announced their participation in the 29th International Conference on Structural Failure, which will take place on 20 – 24 May 2019 in Międzyzdroje. One of the organizers of the event is the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin (ZUT).

The event has been a forum for the exchange of views and experiences of scientists, investors, designers, contractors and construction managers responsible for the security of building structures for over 40 years.

Above 100 papers were accepted for the conference. The topics include failure of reinforced concrete structures, geotechnical aspects of failure, failures of temples and historic buildings, failures of bridge and road objects, or even floor failures.
