The National Centre for Research and Development will allocate PLN 220 million for innovations for water management and inland navigation in the 2nd competition announced under the Government Strategic Programme HYDROSTRATEG.
Applications from consortia involving research units, companies or other entities will be accepted from 31 July to 31 October 2023.
The 2nd call focuses on the three key research areas identified in the HYDROSTRATEG Programme. They include water in the environment (biodiversity and bioproductivity), urban water and inland waterways.
The funding envelope for the competition is PLN 220 million. Funding can be obtained for basic research, industrial research, experimental development (obligatory in the project) and pre-implementation work.
Grants can be applied for by consortia made up of scientific units, entrepreneurs or other entities. The consortium, consisting of no more than five entities, should include at least one enterprise and at least one scientific unit.
