5 projects receive support from the National Programme for the Development of the Humanities

The Ministry of Education and Science (MEiN) has announced the results of the first outcome of the 13th competition in the Foundations module of the National Programme for the Development of the Humanities. Support will be provided to 5 projects totalling over PLN 5.5 million.

Support will be granted to the following out of 94 submitted applications: 

Zamość Academy – “Guide to the social pedagogy of John Paul II” (amount of support: PLN 2,404,503.00);

Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw – “Person and nation – the perspective of John Paul II” (amount of support: PLN 1,317,343.20);

Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin – For Efficient Functioning of the State. Governors of the Second Republic of Poland (1919-1939). Collective portrait and biographical dictionary (with online version) (support amount: PLN 1,269,582.90);

Polish Historical Association – Image of the Republic of Poland in dictionaries and encyclopaedias of the long eighteenth century – French, British and German perspectives (amount of support: PLN 488,982.00);

Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw – Powiśle 1772-1945. A national and socio-religious perspective (amount of support: PLN 261,590.00).
