The 67th summer course in Polish language and culture, organised by the Centre for Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners “POLONICUM” at the University of Warsaw (UW), has come to an end. 

This year’s course was attended by 122 people. They included students from foreign universities, university candidates from Ukraine, foreign lecturers working at the UW and people from outside the university who are interested in Polish language and Polish history and culture. Students came to the UW from Ukraine, Belarus, Germany, Great Britain, the USA, Bolivia, Mexico, Australia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, China, Korea, Finland, Spain, Lebanon, Turkey, Lithuania, France and Italy.

The course programme included not only lessons, but also lectures on Polish history and culture conducted in both Polish and English. The students could also take part in a city game and workshops organised in cooperation with the Museum of Warsaw.
