The Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz and the Polish Society of Positive Psychology are inviting participants to the 4th Conference of Positive Psychology “Contemporary Challenges for Positive Psychology” from 12 to 14 June.
Positive psychology is an area of scientific research and psychological practice that serves to build a good life, joyful and passionate; living in health and in cordial relationships with others. It supports discovering important human life goals and experiencing successes.
The conference is to combine psychological science and practice, which will allow to learn about the current theoretical achievements and their use in building effective psychological assistance techniques. Special guests will include Prof. Robert J. Vallerand from the Canadian University of Québec in Montreal , presenting the issue of passion in positive psychology and Prof. Moira Mikolajczak from the University of Louvain (Belgium), who will talk about the burnout of parents.
