Mateusz Wojciech Grochowski, a student of the Faculty of Health Sciences and a graduate of the medical faculty of the Medical University of Bialystok, has become the new president of the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland.
Mateusz Grochowski in 2017–2019 headed the Student Government of the Medical University of Białystok. From April 2018, he chaired the Higher Medical Education Commission, one of the industry committees of the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland. From January 2019, he is an expert on student affairs of the Polish Accreditation Committee. Since last year, he has been representing students in the Central Council of Science and Higher Education. Since 2016, he has joined the Academic Sports Association.
The Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland is an independent, nationwide organization that is the legal representative of all students in Poland. It brings together student governments of all public and private universities in Poland. It has been operating continuously since 1995.
