Szymon Perlicki, a student of the Leopold Okulicki Primary School in Wrocław won the main prize in the E (x) plory Science Competition. The 14-year-old is the author of a symmetric algorithm for encrypting any information using the properties of the hypersphere and multidimensional spaces.
The winner is awarded a scholarship of 10,000 PLN and participation in one of the most prestigious competitions for young scientists in the world – Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair in the USA, where 27 Nobel Prize winners started their scientific career.
The E (x) plory Science Competition is the largest event in Poland, which allows young scientists aged 13-20 to create and develop innovative projects, broaden their knowledge and exchange experiences with other young scientists, also from abroad.
