“Science Platform” is a project that was initiated by the “Alegoria” Foundation and is co-financed by the Ministry of Science. Its aim is to increase public interest in Polish science and its achievements, and to increase awareness of the importance of science in society.
The authors of the project emphasize, that it is the first scientific VOD in Poland, created to popularize all aspects of science among recipients, who have not yet had access or are not interested in information on scientific topics.
-As part of the project, we have created over 60 films including episodes of 6 different popular science series and 2 larger documentary productions. These films are created with the use of various creative methods and present various issues related to the history and the present day of Polish science. They also show unknown areas of science to the public – said Marcin Lewandowski, President of the Alegoria Foundation
