The cooperation of Lublin universities under the initiative of the Digitization League may be the foundation of their substantive cooperation and greater consolidation – said Minister of Education and Science Przemysław Czarnek in Lublin.

The head of the Ministry of Science participated in a conference on the creation of the League of Digitization of Lublin Universities, attended by representatives of Lublin public universities: Catholic University of Lublin, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Lublin University of Technology, University of Life Sciences and Medical University.

The idea of ​​creating the League was born at the Medical University and concerns the use of modern digital techniques telemedicine, but also the creation of a common scientific base and joint research and educational projects of Lublin universities.

The joint digital platform for learning and education will include computing, archival and communication infrastructure, a database of research results documentation, and open infrastructure of educational resources that will enable conducting civic education.
