The Medical University of Wrocław maintained its position in the clinical medicine category in the Shanghai Ranking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS). In the latest ranking, the university made its debut in public health.

The Medical University of Wrocław has been listed in the subject-specific ranking of the Shanghai List – Shanghai Ranking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects since 2018. Until now, it has only been classified in one area – clinical medicine. This year, for the first time in the history of its presence in the ranking, it received a grade in another area – public health. In both categories, Wrocław university was ranked 201-300.

Shanghai Ranking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects is a variation of the Academic Ranking of World Universities, known as the Shanghai List. It analyzes the achievements of individual universities in 54 areas of science.
