The breakthrough technology of lithium-sulfur cells, resistant to scratches and glass impacts in watches, ecological fuel for satellite drives, precise location inside a building and durable anti-icing coatings are business ideas whose commercialization potential was rated the highest by investors and startup market experts during the 1st Łukasiewicz Accelerator program.  

The aim of the initiative addressed to the employees of the Łukasiewicz Research Network is to increase the number of implementations of solutions and technologies developed in Łukasiewicz through indirect commercialization, i.e. capital companies as start-ups.

One of the goals of the Łukasiewicz Research Network is to create conditions and tools to increase and accelerate the process of commercialization of technologies developed by scientists and researchers from the Łukasiewicz Network. The effectiveness of this process is measured by the number of sold and licensed intellectual property rights. This translates into specific benefits for business and real income for institutes and developers of commercialized solutions.
