Bioeconomy is a study offered jointly by the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Studies will be conducted in English. The study will prepare graduates to work in research and development companies not only in Poland.

Bioeconomy is a current, interdisciplinary trend in the European Union, related to a sustainable circular economy in the area of biomass production and management, food production, environmental engineering and the biorefinery industry. It is the sustainable use of renewable biological resources to create goods and services.

During their studies, students will learn about the principles of bioeconomy and bio-renewable systems, learn to close circuits and strengthen creativity and develop design thinking. They will carry out their projects in a well-equipped laboratory, analyzing research material and environmental data.
