The University of Silesia is inviting participants to the 8th Electronic Media Law Forum on 28 September – a nationwide academic conference devoted to the legal aspects of electronic media and new technologies. The event is planned in a hybrid model; in-person participants will be able to take part in workshops prepared by Asseco Data Systems, Samsung Electronics Poland and Microsoft.
The forum will address issues related to digital courts, the use of data in Industry 4.0, tokenisation in the digital economy, as well as the prevention of child sexual abuse on the Internet.
The day before, the 7th Young Forum on Electronic Media Law is scheduled, involving students, PhD students and young practitioners in the field of new technologies. Its topics include Facebook profile execution, dark patterns in the circulation of crypto-actives or the management of marketing activities in connection with the commercialisation of neurotechnology.
