An e-Learning Centre has been launched at the University of Agriculture in Kraków (UAC) in order to strengthen the innovation of the educational services offered and to support the development of new teaching forms and methods.
The initiative to establish an e-Learning Centre arose at the URK’s Centre for Administrative Support of Projects during the preparatory work on the application for funding of the ‘Sustainable Development of the University’ project co-financed by the European Union.
The e-Learning Centre provides the academic community with a platform for creating and sharing e-laboratories and lectures on demand. The e-lab environment is personalised for each student with unlimited access over time. The e-learning centre has a professionally equipped recording studio. A VRLab, which will be fully accessible for people with disabilities, is planned to be launched in the near future.
