The National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) has announced the opening of a call for proposals for a programme enabling foreign doctoral traineeships – Preludium Bis 4 NAWA. In this programme, PLN 4 million was earmarked for their funding.

This is the next programme aimed at supporting the international mobility of doctoral students by enabling them to carry out foreign internships connected with participation in research projects under the PRELUDIUM BIS 4 competition of the National Centre for Science (NCN).

Internships abroad will enable doctoral students to gain scientific experience in European and non-European academic or research centres and to establish international scientific cooperation. They will be synergistic with the NCN PRELUDIUM BIS 4 projects.

An application for funding of a foreign internship may be submitted by a doctoral student implementing a research project that has received funding in the NCN – PRELUDIUM BIS 4 competition.

The call for applications in the programme will be conducted continuously until 10 December 2027.
