The University of Szczecin has officially started cooperation with the Central Statistical Office. The agreement signed by the partners is a formalisation of previous activities, as well as an opportunity for further initiatives and projects.

The aim of the concluded agreement is to establish long-term and multidirectional cooperation between the Central Statistical Office, the Statistical Office in Szczecin and the University of Szczecin, in matters related to the development of public statistics, the exchange of knowledge and mutual support in the area of scientific and research activities.

The cooperation will include mutual support and substantive, organisational and technical cooperation in the implementation of scientific and research and analytical projects and the development of their results, in particular, cooperation in the implementation of statistical research and publication and information activities, as well as taking action to promote the scientific achievements of the university and the information resources of public statistics.
