The 11th Symposium of the Polish Society of Bioinformatics (PTBi 2018) will take place from September 5 to 7 in the Congress Center of the Wrocław University of Technology (building D-20, 8 Janiszewski Street).

The Symposium is an annual meeting on bioinformatics organized by the Polish Bioinformatics Society. The event’s co-organizers include the faculty of basic technical problems, the chemical faculty of the Wrocław University of Technology, the biotechnology department of the Wrocław University and the faculty of biology and animal husbandry at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław.

The topics of PTBi 2018 cover all aspects of bioinformatics – including the development and application of computational methods for modeling and analysis of the structure, function and evolution of genes, proteins and biological systems.
